• Services are provided by licensed professionals

Appointment Policies

Scheduling & Cancellation

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may incur a service fee
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Emergency situations will be handled case by case

Session Conduct

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Notify us of any health changes or concerns
• Participate actively and honestly in sessions
• Respect professional boundaries

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA
• Package payments may be arranged in advance
• Insurance receipts provided upon request
• Returned payments incur additional fees
• Outstanding balances may affect future scheduling

Confidentiality Agreement

All therapeutic communications are confidential and protected by professional ethics and applicable laws. Exceptions include:

• Risk of harm to self or others
• Suspected abuse of minors or vulnerable adults

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship:

• With reasonable notice when possible
• When therapeutic goals are achieved
• If services are no longer beneficial

• For safety or ethical concerns
